TPS55289EVM: Faulty GUI Connection

I can't get the Evaluation Board to output a voltage. Vin = 12V, Vout=0

I have the USB2ANY connected and the GUI open, but cannot get the GUI to connect using either I2C address's (0x74, 0x75)

I'm beginning to think my EVM board is faulty.

Hi Lonnie,

I wonder if the VCC is ok on the EVM, have you changed JP1 to connect EN-ON?

I've checked all the voltages and confirmed the jumpers. Still no Vout. I did probe the device and pin 15 (COMP) has no voltage and pins 8 & 10 (SW1 & SW2) are not switching. I hate to tell you this, but the EVM is faulty.

Issue Resolved. I updated the USB2ANY drivers by resetting the USB2ANY while pulling and plugging in the USB cable in the correct sequence "Not Well Document" and got it to work.
