1. Is it necessary choose the RSnL value as 10K ohms?
2. If its not what is the range in which we can choose the resistor value?

Hi Nachiketh,
Thank you for your question. The RSnL is not required to be 10kΩ as seen in Fig 34 and 32 of the datasheet. The 10kΩ value was chosen to simplify the example circuit, but this value can be configured as the design requires. For proper resistor values please refer to the app note below.
