What is the purpose of the Not Mounted Diode D1 between PMID and SW?

    Hi Cant,

    A Schottky diode of D1 has better performance than the body diode of Q2 FET.  It could help improve the OTG efficiency by reducing the dead time loss and the reverse recovery loss, and the related noise at high current operation.
