VIN = 12VDC - 48VDC
VOUT = 5VDC
IOUT = 10 A

when I apply 12VDC at the input with no load, it only gives me 2.9VDC at the output and not the 5VDC I expect.

Sorry, I was measuring the previous HO signal wrong, this is the correct one, but all the other conditions are still the same, could you help me?
my coil was not working, I changed it and everything worked correctly, but I had other problems.
1.- when I am drawing 1A with a 12V input, just by removing the load, the output drops to 3V, but if I turn on and off the power supply, it gives me 5V again.
2.- it gives me up to 5A, if I put a bigger load, the coil starts to make noise.
How can I solve this?

1. Please try to increase Css (~ 1uF) and check it again
2. Please add UVLO capacitor and diode.
3. I guess your inductor might be saturated or there might be thermal issue on your board. Please measure V(UVLO), V(SW), inductor current, V(SS) together.
