TPS59621: TPS59621 OCP at -40°C

Part Number: TPS59621

We are using a TPS59621 as the main power supply for an AMD E8860.  The nominal voltage range for this GPU is 0.8V to 1.1V, it is enabled to use the VID programming bits to adjust this voltage.  We have a situation where, when running this product at -40°C, where we seem to experience a 'brown out' condition during boot up.  The voltage output sags until OCP is enabled and the power supply de-asserts PGOOD.  When we run the GPU off of a benchtop supply we do not experience this issue.  Does TI have any experience with customers using the TPS9621 with the AMD E8860?  Any idea why we may be experiencing a voltage droop in certain conditions at -40°C.  I can provide a copy of our circuit if that would assist with support.
