After many times of debugging, we found that our code lacked a Reset operation on the chip TPS65982 (configure the 0x50 register softreset). We asked the software engineer, saying that the Reset operation is in the firmware inside the chip TPS65982, so I would like to know what operation Reset does on GPIO in the firmware inside the chip TPS65982.
Did you just set GPIO to 0, or did you do something else? Because we found that there is a big difference between adding Reset and not adding Reset, and the result will be different from our manual operation of GPIO.
