Hello everyone

I hope everyone is doing fine. I have Question about BQ76952. I have started new project using this AFE and this is the first time I am using it. PIN number 22 TS2 is used for AFE wake up function but I am not getting any voltage out of this pin. VBAT voltage is normal 58V and REG18 is also 1.8V. REG1 is 3.3V. Everything seems normal but still can’t get any voltage out of TS2 pin. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you

    Hello Syed,

    This is normal behavior for the BQ76952. The TS2 pin is intended to be floating and it reads near zero volts when in NORMAL mode. This pin will read high ~5V when in shutdown. 


    Note: When reading this pin in shutdown mode, the internal resistance of the scope/multimeter will create a voltage divider and it will read approximately ~3.5V. This is a common question.
