I'm referring to the following two E2E threads regarding TPS568215's PGOOD output performance, off-leakage current and internal on-resistance, but can I consider the values in those two threads those under full temperature range?
- TPS568215: PGOOD spec
- This thread says, "..., add 100% margin, max is <200 ohm."
- TPS568215: PGOOD Leakage Current
- This thread says, "..., suggest you can take 500nA to reserve some buffer."
