Hello,

I'm referring to the following two E2E threads regarding TPS568215's PGOOD output performance, off-leakage current and internal on-resistance, but can I consider the values in those two threads those under full temperature range?

  • TPS568215: PGOOD spec
    • This thread says, "..., add 100% margin, max is <200 ohm."
  • TPS568215: PGOOD Leakage Current
    • This thread says, "..., suggest you can take 500nA to reserve some buffer."

    Yes, Yuchang seems to be accounting for worst case so it considers the full temperature range. Please note that we do not have actual characterization data on this and this is an estimate based on prior e2e posts you mentioned.
