Hi

Can this MOSFET SiA108DJ https://www.vishay.com/docs/77827/sia108dj.pdf be used for this 24V protection circuit? or any other MOSFET suggestion with smaller size? 

also can this circuit pass ISO7637-2 3a and 3b test pulse up to +200V and -600V with this MODFET SiA108DJ (80V rating) ?

    Forget to mention that the peak current is 6A, and continuous current is 2A

    Hi PYTsai,

    SiA108DJ FET looks okay to be used along with LM74502-Q1 for 24V battery application. We cannot suggest MOSFET but can help confirm if the chosen FETs are suitable or not. 

    Yes, the circuit pass ISO7637-2 3a and 3b test pulse up to +200V and -600V.  These pulses are very low energy pulses and can be easily suppressed by the input/output capacitor and TVS diodes.
