First remove the turn off dependency of LM77_OT
2nd. based on your settings, the only way to turn on the system is to have
LM75BD_INT = LOW and LM77_OT = HIGH.
Please ensure this.

The reason is that you have the shutdown immediately set for the fault response of each rail.
So the dependencies does not matter if it is immediately off.
based on the capture, you want that all rails are off when the 12V loses its power
what you need to do is to add the rest rails as the fault shutdown slaves of 12V and check all the rail to be off.
