I am designing AC to DC SMPS in automation Field. My Power Supply is requirement in below details-

  1. Input Voltage - (85 to 264) VAC 
  2. Output Voltage- 5VDC/1A or 5VDC/2A (Both are given)
  3. Voltage Accuracy- 1% to 2%
  4. Power -5W/10W
  5. Line and Load Regulation- 2%
  6. Ripple- 50 to 150mV
  7. Efficiency-80 to 90%
  8. Isolation- 4000VAC (Input to Output)
  9. Protection- Over Current, Short Circuit, Over voltage and Temperature Protection.

I have searched some solution. I have some query as per below Reference Design-

Reference Design Number- EVM Board UCC28910FBEVM-526 6W (85-265) VAC

  1. Can This Power Supply working input  Voltage (75 to 275)VAC

Lower Voltage -75VAC and Upper Voltage-275 with 5V/1A and 5V/2A

  1. I want to set output Voltage 5.1 or 5.2VDC. Which resistance value is change in Circuit?
  2. I want to set input under voltage and input over voltage limit. How will be set in circuit.
  3. If Load variation(200mA,500mA,1A,2A) output voltage is constant
  4. Line variation-? Load variation-?
  5. Why is connection L1&R1 and L2&R2 to C1 and C2
  6. What is size of PCB and BOM Cost.
