LM5166: The output voltage tolerance issue

Hi,

Please kindly review below schedule diagram that we need the output voltage is 3.3V+/-0.05V, and there are some mass product that the output voltage is 3.36V, it maybe 2% failure rate,

and we use the LM5155 has no this issue(The LM5166 don't add R1104 and the ILIM is floating), thanks.

Hello

A think that the LM5155 is a boost, so I am not sure how it relates to this issue.

Also, the schematic shows LM5165.

However, it appears you are using the device in PFM mode.

I don't think that you can rely on that mode to give very tight output voltage tolerance.

You may need to try COT mode.

Also, for the fixed Vout device, the limits on a 3.3V output are 3.23V to 3.37V.

I am not sure you can get better using an external divider.
