I will refer you to the following thread, as it appears you may have a similar problem to the one from that thread. There are some solutions in that thread which may be able to solve your problem.
Additionally, could you provide the datasheet for the beads that you have added to the circuit? One suggestion we have is to reduce the resistance of R8 from 24.9kΩ to 24kΩ. The beads may have some resistance at low temperatures and reducing the resistance of R8 may help compensate for that.
If these solutions do not work, please upload your full design schematic so that we can take a better look.

problem solved when i replaced L147 and L148 with 0 ohm resistance.Here is my full design.
Is there any other impact if I remove L147 and L148?

If there is no concern about EMI, then there should be no impact of removing L147 and L148.
