Hi Team,

I need to switch between 5V and 3V3 using GPIOs. Can you suggest the TI parts for the below schematic?

    Thanks for coming to us.

    Our applications engineer is out until next Wednesday 6th July, he will need to confirm my thoughts here and check the schematic.

    My thoughts would be something like the dual 20V CSD75208W1015 for the back to back Pch MOSFETs (Q1/Q2 and Q4/Q5), this would be our smallest and lowest cost solution and easily handle the current of 100mA.

    For the Nch (Q3/Q6) my suggestion would be 2x CSD17483F4 (each part 0.6mm2 and also a Silicon based package, no plastic mold compound) , this would be smallest and lowest cost also.
