BQ76940EVM: BQ76940EVM Can not be Connected to the Computer if the Battery is Connected

Part Number: BQ76940EVM 
I want to use a 14-series battery pack to connect to BQ76940EVM, how to switch the switches.

After waking up the circuit according to my current method, the system will detect errors and shut down.
