LM5118-Q1: LM5118 eligible to handle continuous 1.5 Amp Current without Failure as this is use in safety related system

Kindly need your opinion on LM5118 product as i am using this in several projects currently i am using this part in body control module in automotive .

I need your support on maximum Continuous current withstand by this product without failure as i have 1.5 Amp load requirment for 15 year span .

Kindly confirm and support on thermal side .
