The customer hopes that when the PCBA is in molding, the temperature of the IC surface should be lower than 50C

    Hi Kevin,

    A quick way to estimate TPS62933O thermal, please use TI webench tool. You could input operation conditions, then IC Tj will be estimated. Not much difference between Tj (IC junction temp) and Tc (IC case temp).
