Hi team,
The input supply for VCC and IN is 5 V. Charge two lithium batteries (8.4 V) in series, the charge status indicator does not light when the battery is plugged in. If there is no battery, the charging light turns on.
Changing the input power supply to 12 V, the charging light turns on when the battery is plugged in, and does not turn on without the battery. The charging function is normal.
(R6 and C8 were not soldered)
