BQ78350-DEVICE-FW: Firmware problem

Does bqStudio not detect even after bqStudio is closed and restarted? Can you send a screenshot of the autodetect window when the bq78350 is connected?

At the first bqstudio is detected IC. After updated firmware, bqstudio can't detect but I can still update firmware. Bqstudio doesn't response. How can I solve this problem?

You could try using BQSTUDIO-TEST and also update the firmware of EV2400

I also faced a similar issue. Please try flashing with a proper firmware and also try using the boot button. Then open the bqstudio Software and check.

Thanks for feedback. What does it mean boot button? Do you mean mrst pin of bq78350-r2? I tried test software but it didn't work. How can I use boot button?

I think boot button refers to the "WAKE" function.
