BQ34110EVM-796: No Communication/Recognition with the chip or the EVM with the BQStudio.

Hi, 

I have a problem communicating with the EVM. I'm trying to connect via the USB2ANY but the BQStudio dowsn't recognize it. Nor it recognize it with I2C to USB adapter i have. 

what might be the problem ? 

This is suppose to be a sanity check since the PCB i desgined with the BQ34Z100 chip isn't working aswell. 

Here are the steps I've done so far: 

1. Update the USB2ANY firmware, 

2. Download a new firmware for the BQ34 evm (but can't update since i can't communicate with it. 

3. downloaded the newest version of the BQStusio  (1.3.121) but still not recognition. 

i'm left with no more option to try to work out what's wrong.... 

Any help would be appreciated.
