I'm interested in the BQ24753A charger. I found a chart using the 'Battery Charge Management Selection Tool' that describes this part as 'System Controlled' under the title 'Termination Control'. Does this mean that the charger must be told when to terminate the charging process by the system Host.
I had assumed that the charger itself would determine the appropriate moment to terminate the charge based on the voltage on the BAT pin. If this is not the case - dose the BQ24753A charger implement Constant-current Constant Voltage charging? If so what is the termination current?
