BQ769142: How to read input status

Part Number: BQ769142

Hi Team,

CFETOFF is configured as an AD input pin for detecting external switching signals. How to read its input state, is it 0 or 1? No temperature collection is used.

Regards,

Annie

  • Dear Annie,

Is CFETOFF being used in its ADC input mode (i.e. just reading input voltages) or it's CFETOFF mode (where it can impact whether the MOSFETs are being driven)? To read the voltage, you will use the 0x6A CFETOFF Temperature() command. When the device is in Tsense mode, the reported value will be in degreesC, but when its configured to act as an ADC, the analog (not 1s or 0s) reported value will be in mV. I hope this helps!

    Best,
