TPS43330-Q1: Switching not happening for Buck

Hello Team,

We are using TPS43330 Buck-Boost IC in one of our designs.

For 1 buck, which we have set to 4.1V, the output voltage is not generated and switching waveforms also look incorrect.

We have changed the IC and External Switching MOSFETS and tested again but same issue is repeated.

Below are gate waveforms GA1 and GA2

Inductor switching

Top MOSFET Gate waveform-GA1->

Low MOSFET-GA2->

Can someone please support me on this?

Hi Sumit,

Could you please provide a higher resolution schematics for review? Also, the VBAT you're applying to the device; the DC output measurement at this switching waveform.

Hi Sumit,

Can you also please replace the MOSFET Q6001 and also the path from GA1 to the MOSFET?
