My customer are using LM809 for their application. And They would like to get function safety certification(IEC61508 SIL2)
Is there FMEA data for LM809M3-3.08 device?
If not, Is there any device to replace LM809M3-3.08 with function safety category for this application?

We can see above data at ti.com. Regarding FIT data, Can I get below back data? I think back data is in FMEA data.
- failure rate result and test environment (test temp, voltage, current and etc)
- failure mode and failure rate per failure mode.
- failure mode distribution

Thank you for your recommendation. But one more question for LM809.
As mentioned before article, FIT data of LM809 is 1.9 at ti.com.
Is there any equation and test environment to calculate MTBF/FIT result like below?
How about TPS3840PL31DBVRQ1 instead of TPS37-Q1? this device single channel solution. Will this device be able to meet customer requests? but The reasons why I request the above data are that LM809 is already designed at previous project so the customer want to use original board for functional safety certification. Please review above request one more and let me know your opinion.
