Hi Dixit, sorry to tell you that there is no Q version pspice . You can refer to commercial firstly with slight error.

I tried with commercial grade part and set the temperature at 30 °C, but got this error message while simulation.
While the simulation works when set at 25 °C.
Can you please guide.

Typically, we don't recommend to use pspice for ambient temperatures simulation, because model is a little bit different from bench test. Recommend to do bench test.
