LM5050-1: ORing plus Active Load Sharing

Hi expert,

May I check with you what will be Vo if customer use two LM5050-1 as ORing controller and plus active load sharing UCC29002?

The two supplies are 24Vtyp LiFePO4 battery pack. 

case:  when V1 > V2, Vout? 

Without load sharing, my understanding the Vo would equal to higher voltage of supply and draw the most of current from the rail. But now there is an active load sharing that customer want to have balanced capacity and discharge current.
