Vin = 12V+/-10%
Vout = 5V
Iout = 1A max
Fsw < 250 KHz (To reduce EMC issues).
Controller must have internal MOSFET.
Pin to Pin compatible will be better if possible or with minor modification.
Better to connect some person from India, so that query can be resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Vivek,
TPS5410-EP is pin to pin (for HSOIC - 8), but it's switching frequency is fixed at 500kHz. I don't think we have anything else with the exact pinnout that you have. The good news is that the FB voltage is the same, so you won't have to modify the feedback resistor network.
How flexible are you on the pinnout? Are you more comfortable with modifying the design for a different pinnout, or a different switching frequency.
