TPSM82821A: About Vout ramp up rate

Vin：5V, 

Vout：1.2V or 3.3V

Temperature：25℃

Could you share the information about rump up time or rump up rate on the temperature is 25℃ case and worst case?

Thank you for the information about soft start time.

But I think this data include delay time 250nsec. We want to know not include rump up time or the rate of rump up in 25C condition case and worst case on other temperature.

Is it okay we understand that rump up time is that minus delay time(250nsec) from soft-start time that you shared?

I would need to ask internally if this 250us delay does not vary regardless of the operating conditions.

Just for my understanding, is there a reason why they are interested in only the vout ramp?

They measured start up waveform and they found vout rump was lower than 1ms. So they focused vout rump.

We don't have data supporting that the 250us delay is always constant or by how much it could vary.
I hope the customer can rely on the complete soft-start timing.

I understood there is no data about delay time(typ 250ns) vs temperature.

How much the minimum soft start time in junction temperature range(-45C to 125C)?

In addition, why the characterization data at 25C is lower than typical value 1.25ms? Is this why the test condition is different with datasheet?
