Hello there,

We planned to use the Boost controller "TPS43060" in our project, and for that, we have selected the FETs based on the FET selection sheet. Could you please confirm that the selected FETs can be used for our requirements listed below?

Requirements,

1. Ambient temperature : -20 to 65 Degrees,

2. Input Voltage : 7 to 17V

3. Output voltage : 19V

4. Load current : 5.5 to 6A,

Selected FETs. (will choose one of FET )

1. CSD87334Q3D

2. CSD87351Q5D

Hi,

Please find on the filled FET selection sheet that we have entered our system input parameters for the controller TPS43060." Please confirm that the values we inserted are correct. and the respective FETs chosen can be used for our requirements.

Hi sakthi,

We would recommend to use LM5123-Q1 for better supply in the future.

The selection of MOSFET is most related to the voltage rating and temperature rise.

I think the values in the excel are correct. But why the output current is 3A while you write 5.5~6A here?
