Hi TI expert,

May I have your help to check whether LM46002AQPWPRQ1 has any minimum soft-start time limitation?

We would like to control the SS time within 0.5ms, so it will be lower than 1.1nF.

Is it possible to achieve that?

    Hi Chia, 

    The minimum  soft-start time limitation for the  LM46002-Q1 is 4.1ms and can be found on page 6 of the data sheet. The soft-start time can only be extended as the minimum soft-start time is set internally. This can be accomplished by connecting a capacitor to the SS/TRK pin. 

    More information can be found on page 18,  in section 7.3.6 Soft Start and Voltage Tracking (SS/TRK) of the data sheet.
