LP87564-Q1: looking for similar device with LP87564-Q1

Part Number: LP87564-Q1

Hi Sir,

My customer is looking for a PMIC device, it needs to have 4-ch buck converters with 4 independent EN pins to enable each buck converter and is not necessarily have the I2C/SPI function.

May I know if there has a similar device with LP87564-Q1?

  • Hi Henry,

Can you provide more details in regards voltage rails and current consumption requirements?

Just repeating your question to make it  more clear for my understanding that your customer is looking for the device alternative to LP87564-Q1 right? and do the voltage and current specifications remain similar to LP87564-Q1 or they could be different?

So for with current information I would say have a look at LP87524B/J/P-Q1 device which has 4 bucks with d. See the power supply specifications at 7.1 section of Datasheet .

And is this device going to power AWR or IWR SoC? If not can you share the end application device whom this device is going to power.

  • Hi Sir,

My customer is looking for a replacement for G2257, please refer to the attachment.

  • Hi Henry,

I see so in that case I think  LP87564-Q1 quite closely matches the specifications with G2257. Almost all PMICs have I2C/SPI or some kind of communication. So, if it is not required customers can choose to not use it. To me, it meets the requirements of 4 bucks with independent enable control as you mentioned earlier.

Why customer is still looking for another option?
