BQ76952: time delay when bq76952 is set to stop the cell balance

Hi team,

         How long do customers need to wait between the stopping cell balance and starting measurement? The customers said that it would take 2 seconds to stop cell balance after sending commend usually, but sometimes, the delay  would be 1 second or 3 seconds.

    Hi Nan, 

    cell balancing will automatically be paused, then resumed to allow for cell voltage measurements to be taken over a 3 ms period.  Because pausing and resuming cell balancing will result in an overall reduction of the amount of cell balancing that can be accomplished. 

    Due to this, the BQ76952 has Settings:Configuration:Power Config[CB_LOOP_SLOW_1:0] configuration bits that allow the user to configure the device to slow the measurement loop speed when cell balancing is active. The BQ76952 will insert current-only measurements after each voltage and temperature scan loop to slow down voltage measurements and thereby increase the average balancing current.
