TPS22995: TCK22975G,LF replacement

Hi Team,

I am looking for direct replacement of TCK22975G,LF.

Is there a better fit than TPS22995?

    Hi Stefan

    The TPS22925 is p2p to the TCK22975G, and it has a higher current rating with lower resistance. The only deviation is that it is active high instead of active low.

    Please see TPS22963C/TPS22964C (no QOD/QOD) and TPS22921/TPS22922 (no QOD/QOD) also, as they are very similar p2p (active high) devices with different Ron, Iq, and rise time specs. TPS2292x has the lowest Iq, which competes well with TCK22975G.

    Please let me know if p2p is not required, or if active low functionality is more important.
