The eFuse circuit is connected to the 3.3V regulator (using a resistor in place of L2/L3). Initially, L3 was populated, but the eFuse output showed 0V. Even after disconnecting L3, the eFuse output remained at 0V. To resolve the issue, I modified the 3.3V regulator circuit by disconnecting power from the eFuse output using L3 DNL and connected L2 to feed U3 power from the input of the eFuse. After this change, the eFuse output started functioning correctly. The continuous load current is approx 50mA.I have tested the circuit with Rlim = 20K, but still no output voltage.
The behavior of the eFuse output is puzzling and inconsistent when L2 is connected compared to when it is disconnected, regardless of the presence of L3.
Any pointer what could be wrong?
