Hi team,

My customer wants to find a flyback converter with integrated MOSFET. I want to recommend LM5180, but they require a higher Vds breakdown voltage (several hundreds of volts or even higher). Could you please help me find a device to meet the customer demand?

What's their operating conditions? (VIN_max/VOUT/IOUT etc.)

Hi Andrew,

The customer gave a competitor device named INN3947CQ with 1700V SiC Switch,1200V Vin_max, and up to 50W output power.

Could you pls recommend a similar device?

Hi Jiahao,

The device you sent is a lot more powerful and has quite a bit higher VIN than devices we offer. Most of the Flyback products in our product line are similar in spec and power to the LM5180-Q1.
