Hi,

The PMID_GD waveform of power-up in datasheet with a symbol of slash. So I want to confirm that Is the PMID_GD waveform of power-up in datasheet is reverse?

Hi Ryker,

Thank you for pointing this out. Please ignore the /PG waveform in figure 10-3 and 10-4. These figures have an issue which will be updated in the next datasheet revision.

The /PG signal in the waveform is the PG (power good) pin available on the BQ25620 and BQ25622 parts from the same device family. It is not the PMID_GD pin, hence why the behavior does not match the datasheet description.
