LP87745-Q1: LP87745 and AWR2243 Cascade

Part Number: LP87745-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243, LP87745, MMWCAS-RF-EVM,

Hi there,

I'm interested in using the LP87745 PMIC in an AWR2243 Cascade design.  The current design has four AWRs and uses the PMIC circuit from MMWCAS-RF-EVM.  That is, there are two LP87524P PMICs, each powering two AWRs as follows:

PMIC1, SW0 - AWR1 1.0V RF
PMIC1, SW1 - AWR1/2 1.2V Core Digital
PMIC1, SW2 - AWR2 1.0V RF
PMIC1, SW3 - AWR1/2 1.8V Analog/Digital
PMIC2, SW0 - AWR3 1.0V RF
PMIC2, SW1 - AWR3/4 1.2V Core Digital
PMIC2, SW2 - AWR4 1.0V RF
PMIC2, SW3 - AWR3/4 1.8V Analog/Digital

Is there a recommended configuration to use LP87745 in an AWR2243 Cascade design?  I'd like to use two LP87745s, but I believe the only possible configuration requires up to 3.4A on the 1.8V and 1.2V rails, per the AWR2243 datasheet (850mA per AWR).  However, each LP87745 output is only rated to supply 3A:

PMIC1, SW0 - AWR1 1.0V RF
PMIC1, SW1 - AWR1/2/3/4 1.2V Core Digital
PMIC1, SW2 - AWR2 1.0V RF
PMIC2, SW0 - AWR3 1.0V RF
PMIC2, SW1 - AWR1/2/3/4 1.8V Analog/Digital
PMIC2, SW2 - AWR4 1.0V RF

Thanks,

Kyle
