BQ25505: BQ25505 VSTOR cannot output voltage to the load

Hi

I have a query need your help.

VBAT_SEC is connected to the battery 3.8V. Initially, there is no load and the voltage can be output normally, and then the voltage can be output normally when connected to the load. Initially, there is a load, as shown in the figure, and it will be pulled down.

Does it normal?

    Hi Star,

    As I understand, you have a 3.8V battery connected to VBAT_SEC. While there is no load the voltage is correct but once a load is applied the voltage falls. Is this correct?

    - If possible, can you please share your schematic for the BQ25505?

    - The waveform is for VSTOR? Or it is for your system load voltage?

    - Can you share your VSTOR voltage waveform with and without the system load?
