    Hi Alex,

    Let me look into this and see what the problem could be.

    I do have a question for you. This GUI is not available on ti.com. It is only offered to customers through an NDA. Do you have an active NDA with TI? If so, I would also contact your TI Field Applications Engineer for support on this issue.

    Hi Alex,

    Can you try reinstalling the GUI and letting me know if you still see the error? I do not see this error when I try creating a new project with the GUI.

    Please let me know if you need me to send you the GUI install file.

     pls check the next img . i can't create a project ,when i create a new project we get the next erros .

    pls send a your install file to me  i try to do it .  find win7 is OK but WIN10/11 have the erros.

    Hi Alex,

    I spoke with our marketing team and they would like me to clarify your NDA status. The screenshot you provided shows access to a mysecure folder. I did not see a NDA for Longtime Tech in our system.

    I have a few questions before we can proceed:

    • Do you have the NDA with another company/organization?
    • Who is your TI field applications engineer?
    • How did you receive access to the TPS65983 Design Resources mySecure folder?
    • Are you planning on following the Intel thunderbolt reference design specified on the TPS65983B data sheet? We only support the device if the Intel TBT reference design is followed.

    We are just trying to make sure the proper agreements are in place before we support you with this GUI. This GUI is not public anymore and we do not support it without an NDA. We apologize for the inconvenience.
