TPS65981: Windows version

TPS65981 team,

What version of Windows is needed for the TPS65981 Application Customization software?  The customer is using version 6.1.2 of the application.

Here's the error message coming up.  Any guidance on what to do next?

    Hi Darren,

    It should run in all versions of Windows, what version is the customer using? The most up-to-date version of the GUI is v6.1.4 which can be found on ti.com. 

    Do note TPS65981 is a NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs) device and we will not be able to provide as much support. If customer wants to meet standard PD3.1 compliance, I recommend to switch over to TPS65987DDK (TPS65987D only meets PD3.0 standards).
