Hi Dear,

The customer is looking for Illumination LED drivers, which are industrial cameras. The specific requirements are as follows“”

3A or above driving current, preferably the I2C interface can control the magnitude of the current, and the IO port controls the laser switch, similar to LM3644. Due to limitations in heat dissipation and board manufacturing, the packaging should not be too small,

May I ask if there is a suitable model recommendation

    Nice to hear you!

    Unfortunately, we don't have device which has both I2C control and 3A current capability. 

    But, I'd like to recommend you our newest device: TPS923655(boost version) and TPS922055(buck version) 

    These devices could handle up to 4A current and with integrated FET, it can help customer cost down and save PCB space.
