TPS22810: Thermal resistance

Hello Expert,

We are using TPS27082LDDCR now.

But the disable function was failed when chamber temp. is 60℃.

In room temp., there is no issue.

When we check the device, the input and output are shorted.

So we are looking for other device with better thermal resistance than TPS27082LDDCR.

One of these devices is TPS22810DRV (WSON-6).

In the same condition, If we choose TPS22810DRV (WSON-6), is there no issue?

Could you please give me your opinion or recommened part?

* Test condition

Vin : ~ 6V or more (using voltage is about 5.0~5.4V)

Vout : Actual current used is about 1A, need max current is about 2A.
