TLV61048: 3.3V to ±14V Design verification

Hi teams,

I am looking to design a 3.3V to ±14V DC Boost Converter using the TLV61048. I have consulted and based the design from the SLVAEJ3 Application Note: Generating Negative and Positive Voltage Rail With Boost Converter TLV61048 and the Application section from the datasheet: TLV61048 14-V Output Voltage Non-synchronous Boost Converter in SOT-23 package datasheet (Rev. A) (ti.com)

I have attempted to model this design in PSPICE for TI and the simulation output is not what I expected:

Here is the circuit schematic:

I am unclear whether the problem is due to the circuit design or the SPICE simulation. Can someone please verify my design?
