Are you working with Jamie? I am reviewing a similar schematic with her.

BTW, LM5149 VCC and gate drive is only 5V, it will not be able to drive that SPR60N10SV-C MOSFET effectively.

You need to use logic-level MOSFETs, these usually have specs for VGS = 4.5V.
