As title I'm considering to adopt bq27220 to my new product. For test, I'm trying on BQ27220EVM-744.

I'm failing to get unsealed mode.

In TRM, chapter "3.3 Sealing and Unsealing Data Memory Access" says the key is "0x8000 8000".

But, in other part, chapter "6.1 Data Memory Parameter Update Example" says the key is "0x0414 3672".

And lot's of search result, those are saying the key is "0x0414 3672".

What is correct unseal key of "BQ27220EVM-744" ?

The default key is 0x0414 3672

I found two more wrong things in TRM.

First is "There is an error in the example, after the step 8, you need to repeat the steps 5 and 6 else there is an offset of 0x0200 in the parameter address.". This is referenced from Jonathan finding in https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/585243/bq27220-can-not-update-data-memory-parameter ..

Second is to enter CFG_UPDATE mode I need to repeat to send 0x0090 untile Operation Status flag changed correctly. Sending command, 0x0090 one time couldn't change Operation Status to CFG_UPDATE mode.

I wish TI to update RTM of bq27220. It is not easy to understand, even more there are significant errors in TRM.
