TPS65295: Timing delay requirement

There are no timing requirement for SLP_S4 and VTT_CNTL and can be triggered at the same time. since the VDDQ is the input of VTT, the VTT will be available after 5.6ms+35ns (T1+T2+T3+T). thanks!
