Can the TPS25982 be used in a variable input/output setup?

Specifically, I intend to use this part at the output of a boost converter, which can vary its output from 9.4 V to 18.4 V (approximately 1.2 ms rise time from min to max) with 16 voltage steps using of the TAS5825P Hybrid-Pro feature.
