Hi Narineh,

Datasheet sections 7.1, 7.4, 7.5 cover the information you need. Operating frequency does not apply for this type of device.

Hi Narineh,

Yes, that is the correct datasheet. Below are some sections that cover expected pin currents and temperature. PVIN would be the highest current pin. All the other pins should be relatively high impedance in comparison. Section 7.6 shows the different VTT output voltages depending on the DDR version. Power consumption would depend on the DDR choice.
