1) rise time

2) fall time

3) dead time(rise and fall)

4) body diode forward voltage for low side MOSFET

Hello Pradnya,

This is an old part. So it is pretty difficult to get the information for this. But some of this data can be measured at SW node pin of the device e.g. rise time, fall time.

That is why, I will suggest to new parts also if you are in planning stage, like TPS62810-Q1 (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps62810-q1.pdf) or TPS628501-Q1.
